The 7 Rules of Conference Call Etiquette

  1. There must be a clear leader/moderator of the call 
  2. There must be an agenda 
  3. Announce yourself 
  4. Keep the group as small as possible 
  5. Practice impeccable phone etiquette 
  6. Make sure you have a good connection 
  7. Set these ground rules and the beginning of the call
