Quality of Service - am Beispiel erklärt

Quality Of Service (QoS) mehr als präsent in der Welt von Cloud Services und Smart Services. Trotzdem wird dieser Begriff unterschätzt, bzw. falsch verstanden.


Obwohl der Name Quality of Service (Deutsch "Dienstgüte";-) dazu verleiten könnte, den Service als Qualitätsmerkmal in Mittelpunkt zu stellen, wäre es zu kurz gefasst!
Unter dem Begriff SERVICE verbirgt sich ein Dienst mit einer festgelegten Qualität, der beim Empfänger ankommt. Eine Qualität, die für den Benutzer sichtbar und messbar ist.


Damit es besser verständlich ist, habe ich ein kurzes Video erstellt, das anhand nur eines Aspektes "Garantierte Antwortzeiten" diesen Sachverhalt erklärt.

We talk about the day after tomorrow

On November 13, 2013 in Berlin the BITKOM Trendkongress will be held under the motto "create.innovate.grow", a fascinating conference all about the future of the digital economy. Global players and start-ups, politics and economics talk about the trends of tomorrow.

I am very happy to have the opportunity to participate at the conference this year. It gives me the opportunity to talk with interesting people, I always wanted to meet personally, about the current trends and various aspects for future business developments.

In addition to high-profile keynote speakers, I am looking forward to a program of interactive workshops and a marketplace with innovative technologies and products.
